If I hated the job so much...

and I was planning on leaving in 16 weeks anyway, why am I so torn up about getting laid off?

Oh yeah, because we need the money. This isn't the route to becoming a stay at home mom that I was planning on taking.

So sorry to hear about your "early retirement". I hate to be cliche, but maybe something unexpectedly good will come of this early leave from work? Like my Dad would say, always look for the positive. (Ugh, we do start to sound like our parents don't we?)

Aww I'm so sorry! I have to agree with Jamie, hopefully something good will come of this unfortunate circumstance.

Kim I SO feel your pain!! Work for me has been so stressful lately and all I want to do is be a complete cry-baby and scream "DON'T MAKE ME GOOOOO!!!" every morning when it's time to go to work!
